i am absolutely sure i woudl ve been treated like royalty, but instead, i had to deal with rude staff that looked at me like i was some kind of insect. oh, and don’t even get me started on the critters in my room, 7 roaches? ! really? and no one offered a welcome gift or a simple apology for this disaster. disappointing.

On top of that, I noticed a few critters in the room during my stay, which calls for some heightened pest control efforts.

This place was a balanced option for taking strolls in Baytown with good value for cost. I really appreciated the complimentary coffee in the lobby was surprisingly good. Make sure to check the room for any pests before unpacking.
